Linear power systems power control

The key was not turned completely off. It burned the starter. The Power control circuit burned. It is made by Linear Power Systems VRC-10. They are no longer in business. What can be substitut6?

Ron, what are you talking about here and is this original equipment? Did you burn out something in your starter circuit or is this maybe in the autopilot? 
What is the power control circuit?  There are only two circuits to the starter- the ignition circuit and the battery circuit.
