I'm feeling torn about the possible sale of my CSY. I do love this boat, more than any other I've owned and it is because of this that I feel she should be used as she was intended, off and about as opposed to limited here without much use. I'm at least 5 years away from using her as I'd like as a full time cruiser so I'm torn.  I thought I'd throw this out there to see if anyone was ready to go and in the market for a well equipped walkthrough. Not sure of a price yet but thought I'd at least put this on our site. Of course, I can easily change my mind....

Hi,
I am searching for a CSY to buy and would like to know all about your boat. Where is it located? What doesn't work on her? What modifications have you made to her? What equipment have you installed on her? Do you have more photos of her? Etc. Would you please send me your contact information?
   Thanks,
You can contact me in the Houston area at: (801) 484-8488 or Rick at Photographers1 dot com
Most of what I've learned, I learned not through brilliance, but through persistence.

Yes, she is definitely for sale (for now). Check out my Sailblogs page for details. Also, plenty of pics in the Sale Specs file of the Photo Gallery:

Hi Sherry,
Thanks, I've been refinishing the topsides; teak, non-skid and gloss paint. That is my listing but I am keeping a low profile without any marketing because we are debating whether to keep her or not. Knowing the future would help :-). Until we decide, we're just hove-to awaiting a weather change.
