I don't have your engine but your issue is just a frozen bolt problem.

Has anyone tried the new oil product that is being sold at NAPA? I believe it is called "Freeze Off" or something similar. Apparently it has some type of refrigerant in the oil so it makes the offending bolt contract and thus putting more light weight penetrating oil in between the bolt and the threads. A friend works at Mazda and told me they were getting bolts out of exhaust systems that would have been impossible before.
I tried having a bad day once but I did not like it

I got the pullies off but had to break the bolt heads off, then it still would not come off. Three legged puller, nada.

Warren, I am still awaiting your answers to my last email to send you the manuals that you said that you wanted. I am only in town for another week so answer soon and I will send them out. I also have British Leyland tech support numbers, Tried to contact you by regular email it was returned.

I got the pully back from the machinest and what it was was the factory sent the engine out with a single groove, steel pullyfor the raw water pump.
