Zeno mattress in Fort Lauderdale $300. I have a drawing they built it to the drawing with a fold for the emergency tiller. It fits perfect I would have got the heavier foam next time but that is just me. They provide a marine breathable mattress with a vinyl lower cover to prevent moisture and mildew. Works great. Springs are available too for about $750. I will add the McCampbell addition in the future they said they can do that as well and have done it in the past. They have a special filler strip that eliminates the crease. I then had someone make sheets from the mattress they took regular sheets and cut and sewed them. It cost $40 per bottom fitted sheet. You can use mine as a pattern if you wish. Suggestion mark sheet with sewn in label for fore and aft or us Sharpy laundry proof. Pain in the but to find the front.

Warren,

We used 5" Latex for our aft berth (birth) mattress.

Bob went to a foam place and got them to cut pieces the shape that he wanted with the density that he wanted.

Hola Miguel,

Re your aft berth, if you haven't already look at this link on our website to see what we did to increase sleeping area, now over 10 years ago:

It is a simple, inexpensive solution you can do yourself and gives a king size bed you can sleep in in any direction.

Does anyone know if the aft configuration, specifically the aft berth is the same on the CSY WO as the walk thru, I am interested in getting a new mattress made for ours. Thanks chichi

Kistern,
From my couple of times in a walkover, I do not believe that they are the same.

Got our mattress from Zeno, worth every penny in our opinion.
