Hi all.

I am investigating the idea of trying to protect my prop from passing pots, lines, fertilizer bags, etc.

You've probably seen on our website the thin fiberglass fin I and Jim Dill installed in front of and under our props.

I just finished installing the prop fin on mine from Dave's and Ron's suggestions.

I'm not sure, but fins at 9 and 3 o'clock might be overkill.

The 4 blade 21" maxiprop VP on Justicia is set at 20 degrees.

The standard fixed prop on a 44 is a 24x15 long bladed sailing prop.

Sorry, my old fixed pitch prop is a 24/Ellis/15 bronze prop.
