Systems / CSY33 - Water Tank(s)?

I've been unable to locate any schematics or diagrams for the water tank(s) system on my CSY 33 here in Connecticut.  I've heard anecdotally that there may be a tank which extends down into the keel, but so far I haven't been able to locate any actual diagrams (including in the DropBox which - to my eyes - doesn't seem to contain much information on 33's at all). 

I know I've got one fairly large freshwater tank just aft of the mast (with an access plate in the cabin sole between the salon table and the mast) but am unclear on any other tanks - let me know if anyone's got blueprints or a drawing - or even a written description in response to this post would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like one of the two port side trim pieces for your fold-out salon table.  The "indent" in the trim aligns with - and will then hold in place - the slide-out platform under the cushions which converts your port-side settee into a full (or maybe small queen) size bed.

Hull and Rig / Keel leak or blisters - any idea what this is?

Just discovered two similar leaks midway back on the port side of the keel, and I'm stumped as to what they are.  She's a CSY33 and was on the hard this winter, we had a very mild winter here in Connecticut and dipped below freezing only ~1-2 days this year.

Do these look like run-of-the-mill blisters, or might there be something more significant/structural going on since they appear to share a similar horizontal crack, with what appears to be a black-ish fluid weeping out (I couldn't determine if it's water or oil/diesel, however).  Could there have been water that froze in the encapsulated lead within the keel and expanded to cause the small cracks, or do these look less worrisome?

First time I've seen this issue and not quite sure what to make of them...any advice/info/theories would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!  Photos attached:
